Roles and Responsibilities
·    At least years 1-2 years Experience in Dynamics technical design and development (X++, C#, SSRS and BI development)
·       Experience with Visual Studio and in .NET development
·       Experience of working on the Microsoft LCS framework would be an advantage
·       Experience in data migration (using third party tools and custom development)
·     Experience in integration development (web services, .net custom client-server applications, knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols oData, SOAP, JSON, REST, SSIS, direct SQL, Azure logic apps)
·       Knowledge of Azure development, Native Azure services and structure, Azure SQL
·       Experience on the Power platform Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
·       Experience of working on Azure Devops is a plus
 
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. (CS)/ MBA

•  Valid Microsoft certifications (MS SQL Database or Dynamics F&O) would be an advantage.

•  Good English skills (written and verbal), other languages welcome depending on location

• Excellent communicative to work with internal and external resources

• Hands-on, committed, team player with a clear emphasis being able to work independently, driven and enthusiastic. 
•  Managing, resolving, monitoring performance issues within system environment.

• Building / Managing a team of developers, critically reviewing work in order to both ensure code quality and provide ongoing training / mentoring to developers.

• Ability to work in both team environment and as an individual contributor

• Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design
